A LEGACY SINCE 1962Sancta Crux Secondary School was founded in 1962 by the then Catholic Bishop of Umuahia Diocese, the late Most Rev. Dr. Anthony Nwedo (CSSP), with Rev. Fr. Phillip Forde as its pioneer principal. The aim was simple and lasting: to provide quality education to the children of Olokoro and its environs.
The school began with a small population of students and a handful of teachers. Over the years it has seen significant growth — new academic programmes, infrastructure development and a growing student population.
Today, our story continues through every learner, teacher, family member and alumnus who contributes to the life of the school.
